Bitcoin For Fairness Involvement
We connected the founder of Bitcoin Victoria Falls with the BFF Zambia project coordinator, who assisted the initiative with understanding the Zambian Bitcoin landscape and existing network infrastructure. One member of the BFF Zambia team is now employed as a teacher with Bitcoin Victoria Falls. As a capacity building initiative we supported the participation of one of the teachers to attend the Adopting Bitcoin conference in Cape Town in January 2024 to learn more about building circular economies and expand their network locally on the continent and internationally. We also granted two scholarships for our Train-the-Trainer online program ‘Crack The Orange’ to ensure continued learning and mentoring support.
